Returns & Exchanges

At TYR EU, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your gear, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene liners are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
